Busy Ben

I thought it would be fun to try to capture the life of Ben in pictures this past week.  He is such an energetic boy, full of life, and ready to explore whatever he can!  Ben loves to climb now which opens up his world even more.  A fun challenge for mom :) One thing is for sure, I am looking forward to spring and warmer weather so we can do more of that exploring outdoors!

Proud to be eating Kix like a big boy with milk and everything!

Sitting at the table like a big boy!
He can also climb up into his booster seat all on his own - so nice for me!

Figuring out how to turn the light on and off.

Just reading a book...

"What Mom?  I can be on the coffee table dancing!"

Ben loves to be busy fixing things with his Fisher Price drill set!

We've been enjoying this spell of warm weather that we've had too.  Yesterday Ben discovered how fun it is to splash in the puddles and I learned to put his mud boots on AFTER he soaked through his tennis shoes :)  Mike was clearing water out of our garage with a squeegee and so of course Ben wanted to help with that...and help clear the water out of the entire driveway/parking lot.

Ben definitely is a busy boy but he sure makes life fun.  I can't imagine what life will be like when we add another little person to our family!

  3. Hey Sarah, Mike and Ben,
Just found out about your blog last night. This is great! It will be fun to "follow you" as you share your life in photos and journal. Ben is definitely in the little boy stage, doing boy things and looking VERY active. Hope you get lotsa sleep at night mom and dad...Whew! Hope you are feeling well Sarah. You look lovely as a pregnant woman.
    Love,
    Suzy
